Really enjoyed the day, up amongst the best coaching days that I have attended for me personally. I did get some rather odd looks as I was cycling home trying to bubble and it came out more like a telephone ring, from some pedestrians that I passed. it was also a bit of a challenge to do as the road started to slope uphill, but hey it's all good practice.
