I find this subject very interesting, but also quite contentious in some circles.
But, would you agree that the comment at 3. above "Sustainable consonants are sung on the previous pitch" applies only during a phrase. And that at the start of the song and after a breath point, they should be sung on the pitch of the vowel to which they are attached?
