This song by Daniel Powter was the first single released from the Canadian singer-songwriter's debut album, and shot him to fame. It has been used in all sorts of contexts, from a goodbye song on American Idol and Coca Cola commercials to the 2008 US Presidential election. Billboard named the song as no. 1 of the Hot 100 songs for 2006, and the Performing Rights Society announced that it was the most played song in the UK between 2003 and 2008.

The arrangement evokes many details of the original, and thus demands both confident rhythmic skills and the ability to make subtle adjustments to balance to let the details through.
